i believe that at best buy you can get store credit for the purchase but it would be a good idea would be to call the nearest best buy to find out or look at their website "www.bestbuy.com" |
|

where is everybody?
 |
yes, they just scan it and it will be fine. i've done it many times myself |

ya they can pull it up on their computer. I do returns there all the time and they just look up the receipt. You are going to need your grandparent there though, to show proof of purchase or soemthing. |

If your Grandparent bought it at Best buy, just give Best buy your Grandparents phone number. Best buy can look up the purchase and refund the purchase or store credit. |

If you provide the phone number and name of the purchasing person, and if the purchase has been within 30 days, they can find the transaction in their computer. This is especially true if the purchasing person is a member of Best Buy's Rewards Zone.
At worst, you may have to take a mechandise credit which you can then spend as you choose within the store. There's generally a bit more latitude with Christmas gift returns. But, to be sure that you receive credit for the full price your grandparents paid, you should have the transaction located in the computer since lots of things have been at various sale prices over this Holiday period. |

Yes; As long as the store sells the same item you can usually return it during the holiday season.
Just to be sure though call your local best buy and ask.
If you cant bring it back; try selling it on craigslist. :] |

You can. Just make sure to have the credit card information ready if it was bought using one, so that they can put the charge back on it. They're much more liberal about that around these times. |
