If the item is damaged or not as described in the ad, then YES, but you will have to create a dispute with eBay and the seller.
Usually, if that is the case and the item is not as described or damaged, you can let the seller know you would like a refund and let them know that if not, you will contact eBay for dispute and resolutions case. |

you should ask the seller, it depends.
however, if there was a problem with the item (was not as described, doesn't work, etc.) you can report them if they dont take returns.
most likely, you will have to pay the shipping to return it. |
