can you setup a corporation on your own i'v done all the filling in on an online site and they want $710? If not is this a fair price? also will this be for everything or will I need to pay for more after I file? Would i be better off finding a lawyer to do it? any advatages doing it that way?
I set mine up online, cost around $500. exact cost varies from state to state. Actually, mine was an LLC, maybe a bit cheaper than an actual corporation?
So....$710 sounds reasonable, but you might want to shop around for online sites that offer this service.

90 percent it is a scam, find a attorney in your local area and then you know it is legal....

Forget the pay sites. Got to web site of the Sec. of State of your state. They will tell you how to do and what the fees are. In some states you can do it online and the filing fees are very low.

Hi I can incoporate your business for you. I have incorporated business all over the US and even in Japan. I can take care of all the paperwork for you and my fee is only 200-250 plus your local statefiling fees which usually run around 100-150. So you are looking at spending between 300-400 for the completed process. My email is jamird2@hotmail.com
