Occasionally. I try to look at my receipt after getting it, and if it's wrong I bring it up and get my money. Normally I just try to watch the price as it rings up. |

Sometimes I've been charged more than the shelf ticket - a special offer reduction has been missed, or something like that - but if I find an item overcharged on the receipt I just take it to the store's customer service counter and they put it right for me every time.
Some supermarkets charge more than others for certain things but that's bound to happen. I just stick to the two or three that are convenient for me and that I like.
Myabe you're thinking about recent news stories that supermarkets have been banding together to keep the price of milk and dairy produce artificially high in Britain, but without paying the farmers any more? That could happen easily because the big chains have so much buying power. It's why supporting smaller local stores that buy from local suppliers makes sense. If we all give part of our money to local businesses, it helps to provide an alternative to the big supermarkets and gives us better service and more choice. |

yes all the time.
I think prices are too high.
Sometimes they will have a price marked on the product and the scanner scans a higher price. Then I go to the customer service counter and they have to give me like 5 times the amount overcharged up to $5 plus the overcharge back. |
