These companies need to do what is necessary to survive. If we had all gone to Circuit City and payed another $50 on a purchase, this wouldn't be happening.
If you want Circuit City to die out, then it just means you'll be stuck with Fry's or Best Buy. With less competition, they'll be able to jack up their prices.
