I'd like to be treated like a guest in someone's house, not like a customer who will be "sold" the least amount of service possible for the price.
I see many hotels where repairs are poorly made and the public areas unclean. I've been to many hotels that stink. I've been promised "high speed internet" only to find out that maybe one seat in the lobby can get the signal -- and the signal is coming from the next hotel!
It would be nice to have power outlets, in sufficient numbers, to recharge my phone AND use my notebook computer.
Beds that sag are a sure sign that no one cares about the hotel, and that it is going broke. |
