Corruption and malpractices are rampant within the Procurement, Facilities, Administration and HR depatment within organisations - This is more so within companies in India where vendors are requried to discreetly provide favours in cash or kind to the person incharge in companies to promote their products or services.
to some extent its true but not completely because success by such are not sustainable in the the long term and there are companies like Infosis , Tata which are leading examples of how work can ethically be done and is good for everyone in the long term.
