Well Fargo has a long history of crappy customer service (from "losing" deposits, to failure to pay allotments/bill pay, etc). Now if Wachovia is bought by Wells Fargo, can we expect the same level of horrible customer service? |

I hope they leave everything as it is.I have used Wachovia Bank for years and they have the best customer service of any bank I've ever used.In 7 years I haven't had even a single problem with them.I had some checks stolen,promptly reported it and they guided me through this ordeal in just one day.My stolen money was returned to me on the next business day and the bank took over the prosecution of the thief. |

Maybe.
I know this is sort of going off on a tangent but when Dell bought Alienware (another computer manufacturer if you don't know) everybody thought Dell was also going to transfer their crappy customer service to Alienware as well. Thankfully, they didn't. They really just left it how it was previously, they didn't change anything at all. They knew better.
So maybe the same thing will happen with Wachovia. Although, these are major banks we're talking about, not computers...so, I dunno.
