Quite the opposite, demagoguery is fat cats telling us that they are doing so much for 'us' that they have to fly around in their own jets to do these 'things' more quickly for 'us!'
Building pyramids creates lots of jobs, flying to the moon creates lots of jobs. Do we really want one guy to end up owning everything and the rest of us slaves being accused of demagoguery if we challenge that, this is what's happening now in Russia since they've gone whole hog the opposite way from Communism and it's just as bad!
We need much more clever systems than we have currently developed to work out how to share the earth's resources and human labour. The pot will always call the kettle black as a first line of defense that's just semantics.

That is a catch 22, those same people that get laid off from said CEO because Mr. Smith making 10 bucks an hour who made said CEO rich can fly in the jet because of getting paid regardless of company profits is just fine.
I think the CEO world should live by what we (normal people) live by. If you lose 12 million a year, you get fired. If you make 12 million a year, you get a bonus.
The problem is, these vultures, lose 20 million for the company, and get a 5 million bonus! (mix and match "company" story) and it's wrong.
If you fail, no bonus! Entitlement needs to go. I could care less about a jet as long as you are worth what you do.
