Customer Service 2?
How would you personally provide great service to customers?

Wish Fairy
Be friendly and pro-active. Make sure you know all you can about the company and it's offerings so that you can explain how everything works to the customer.
Keep calm even and always express interest and empathy with their situation.
Ask yourself - have you done everything you can to help the customer ?

Moofie's Mom

Sounds corny, but talk to people the way you would wish to be spoken to if that customer was you. Always go out of your way for that customer, and make them feel valued... in truly honest way. I believe people have the right disposition to work in customer service, or they don't, some skills cannot be taught!

1. Answer the call on the Phone with a smile, the customer and public can tell a lot from the first 30 seconds of a call
2, Listening to the customer to see what it is they want.
3, Giving an open apology if needed even if it is not your fault.
and lastly be as helpful as you possibly can by taking on the problem yourself, giving ur name for future contact and taking the problem from start to finish.
