No, They are confusing the two way mirror theory with the small signs that say these dressing rooms are monitored. Two way mirrors would be a gross invasion of privacy and unlawful, especially if a male were watching a female etc. If you look at most fitting rooms the mirrors are not on walls that could be watched through. Monitoring means a clerk will be watching and checking in on you. |

they aren't allowed to do it. from what i understand if you put your finger right on the mirror and you see the reflection touching your finger then it's safe. if you don't feel comfy hold on to your receipt and ask what the return policy is. |
