It depends on the store.
Cameras in restrooms are allowed, and are pointed in directions that do not reflect the "toilets", so to speak.
They are pointed out of sight of the toilets, but can see the bathroom that is not at part.
This is all due to shoplifting. |

no public place is allowed to haev cameras in bathrooms.... I do know that not every camera out on the floor in walmart is on all the time.... the cameras turn on periodically in different departments |

I used to work for Wal-Mart and have been in the security room that shows where all the cameras are. They don't have cameras in the bathrooms. Wal -Mart is very careful about the things they do from no cameras in the bathrooms to hiring minors. |

Well it is not illegal to have cameras in the restroom but not all restrooms have cameras cause of the expensive they are. But know that it is "CCTV external record only" which they only view if needed for investigation. |
