if you've just bought a 400 million dollars company do you care about bottom of the pit workers whose life is in the hands of bad supervisors who's never there and promote only the people that they like and find fault or written up the people they dislike so those people don't have a chance to move up.

yes I do, that's why I will hire business consultants. who will go over all the supervisors and upper managements to investigate all the positions, that they've created or eliminated because good associates can make my company grow. I will find suitable positions for associates who is capable of doing, and I want my supervisors to treat other associates like they are the same level not god whose my associates life is in their hands, and eliminate supervisors or managers who created unnecessary positions, any positions that they've created, will be reviewed by my business consultants.

yes I agree with destiny of life and heaven Savannah because they have good point of view I understand that they don't like to add coma or period after sentences because they want to save time. I will reorganize and go over every positions that was hired by the previous company to decide who is capable of doing their jobs according to my expectations I want to make sure that my associates are in good hands and know how to work smart and effectively.

yes I will take care of them next year after I have more investigations I will make sure my associates have the positions that they deserve and a chance to grow with my company for the people that are not suitable for the positions that they got hired for I will find positions that they are capable of doing I will reorganize my company from top to the bottom and from bottom to the top so I can see where the problems start from both ends.

That would be my first concern, to make sure that everything is ok for my employees, not that i would give them everything they may say that they would want. But I would make sure that they are treated right, they are the company, without employees what would you have. God sees everything and if the boss isn't acting right then he wont last long.
