I am IRATE. Please help me find the email address for customer service. Their website http://www.charter.com just sends you in circles when you click the link to email them, ALMOST as though they try to avoid getting emails from customers at all costs. I wonder why? Maybe because they know they'll all be scathing?
Check this out: our digital cable just went out inexplicably 2 days ago. Called 3 times that day, was told on the 1st and 3rd calls that they'd refresh our signal and it should work again in an hour, and on the 2nd call that it was a problem in our area. Didn't come back on. Called again the next day; they "refreshed" our signal again. Didn't work. Called for a tech to come out, was told they'd be here THAT day before 8pm. Waited 'til 8, no one came. Called again and was told that they never come out same day. Okay... why'd they tell us they were? Made an appt for Monday (today). Came home yesterday to find they'd come while we were out. On Sunday. Additional Details Called today and was told they cannot come out until July 20th. That is outrageous. We were told 2 incorrect dates for the tech visit, and now we will wait 2 1/2 weeks for them to fix their product that should be working anyway. And how much do you want to bet that the bill will come in full, even though they say it will be reduced?

what state and city?i live about 15 minutes from my charter cable.i would unplugged your modem for half an hour then plug it back in. give it time to find the signal.when all the lights are flashing then you have your modem working.

Charter sucks and is more expensive than most cable companies. Get more channels for less with direct tv.

i have charter and i have never had that problem before. call and threaten to cancel your subscription.

i just cancelled charter. i was paying 170/month and had to call them at least once a month about something. The same thing EVERY month; automated answering machine that takes 5 mins of your life, then finally transfer to a person over sea's i cannot understand then 15 min later FINALLY after threatening to cancel i get a person i can understand and he usually fixes the problem.
