Do you prefer UPS or FedEx?
I haven't had to send very much by either so wouldn't know how to judge them on that. However, in my past experiences, it seems that receiving mail by UPS is more efficient than FedEx. The projected dealines are more accurate with UPS, I think. Also they seem to move more quickly than FedEx.

I have used Fedex and UPS for years. I have always found Fedex more reliable.
Also Fedex Ground is cheaper than UPS ground.
Fedex updates their tracking info more often

I have over 15 years never lost a Fedex Package.. I ship more than 10 packages a month! I have had numerous delays with UPS, especially with overnight. Refund was hard to get with UPS.

Besides Fedex has dropoffs all over and are open late night at the airport.

Fed Ex has been faster for me and more likely to meet their deadlines. I just hope my father doesn't read this since he worked for UPS for 27 years.

?
I like to use both, depends on which one is cheaper at the time, and was size and how heavy my package is for shipping. I ship a lot of packages from eBay.

I love UPS. They are the best. Everything get here and there quicker and the drivers are very friendly!

UPS all the way. We ship with UPS everyday and I think in a year they lost 1 pacakge...they are very good!

Experience is the best teacher, you have already shown yours. keep it as a treasure somewhere close to heart. but for me, I have always use the both, but have not had the time to see which is most efficient

I think USP is the best carrier since they have retail stores to help with packing/shipping. Their online service is great - just sign up and you can even get pickup at your door.
We use FedEx very little lately since UPS has become so user-friendly.

To me, UPS is more reliable, and a little cheaper.

Worst customer service ever Very slow shipping UPS Absolutely the worst company to receive packages from Never in my life have I had so many problems getting a simple package delivered to my house. They ring your bell and when you go to answer the door there's a missed package slip.
