Yes we. know. Yes we care. But the reality is that not just products from walmart are made in sweatshops. Plus in rural places like where I live it's not only about saving cash it's about saving gas. Some of us can't afford to drive 20 to 30 miles out of our way just to get a gallon of milk from Kroger.

People protest Wal-Mart all the time and it's annoying. I get your point and I do care but in these times where I need to stretch my dollar as much as possible, I simply cannot afford to pay $5 for a bottle of shampoo at Albertson's or Safeway when I know I can get it at Wal-mart for half that. Same goes for vegetables, meat, microwave meals, drinks, bread, etc.
Everyone needs to watch their money as the economy crumbles right before our eyes. We simply cannot always be focused on the world's issues when we have too many going on at home -- and that INCLUDES soaring gas prices.
