No, but they will certainly need to make changes. Laying off some of their more experienced salespeople in a retail environment that needs experienced salespeople will only strengthen the competitive advantage of Bestbuy.

Well they are not doing very well, but I do not think they will go out of business. If they feel they can not survive, they will probably try to sell the company.
