Do you think our current Recession in the U.S. is caused by constant job outsourcing and wars?
Is it possible that constant job outsourcing encourages added pull to bringing the U.S. into a recession? If you follow the math, it would seem that each time a job is lossed in the U.S. and outsourced for cheaper labor outside the U.S., the only beneficiary would be shareholders or owners of a company including the country earning new revenue from the U.S.

While this occurs, those who may have lost their jobs may attempt to seek other opportunities in the U.S., but as companies drive forward to become more competitive and profitable, more outsourcing is practiced across industries. This reduces opportunities for finding jobs as some people go into foreclosure, bankruptcy, which in turn impact retail stores from profiting, and forcing other industries to begin layoffs. A difficult cycle to break begins to turn sending us all fast into recession and perhaps chaos. What's your opinion?

Wars creates jobs? For the jobs left that have not already been automated by technology, Americans have opportunities to apply for life threatening positions. For weapons, technology, and equipment manufacturing - they may be sold in U.S. but are still outsourced as jobs in other countries. U.S. is one of the largest countries in oil consumption; doesn't this raise the price of oil the more we dispatch war machines into battle and destruction which further deplete global oil resources?

Its caused by the interest rate increases that are driven by the deficit. Yes, the war added to the deficit but the Republicans have been unable to balance a budget since Eisenhower.

How do you define a recession? Unemployment is near historical lows.

I AGREE COMPLETELY. i have seen many many higher paying jobs go out to other countries and the so called replacement or newly created jobs as stated by our media etc are all lower paying . the people are barely able to get by.
i thank you for your question.

No. It is a reaction to the previous overexuberance in the housing market. This was exacerbated by the popularity of mortgage-securitized debt obligations, when the underlying mortgages were not sound. The jobs that are being outsourced are typically low wage jobs, which would not be particularly attractive to American workers in any case.

well it depends what you mean by a recession and if current economy is actualy in one.

but problem has been caused by many factors and to try to balme just one would be silly .

agree all the recent plant closures over the years haven't helped things here .or job market

bud68
No. Wars actually create jobs. The current slowdown is due to a busted housing bubble and the aftermath of greed in the mortgage sector.

Yes with regards to outsourcing.

But believe it or not, Wars create jobs. Just ask Rosie the riveter.

It would take a history lesson to give a good explaination to that question. You need to look up Tri Lateral Commission, listen to "The Creature from Jekyll Island" it will give a history of how the Federal Reserve came into play. The crash of our US dollar is planned and they are pushing the New World Order to use the global dollar. Check out the IMF, International Monetary Fund. The Federal Reverse is not part of the govenment. It is a privately owned cartel. It is a corporation owned by the families, Rothchilds, Rockefellers, Morgans, etc. They created the IRS also. The IRS is not part of the government either. Look it up. The company VeriChip is already making chips to implant inot out skin to track us. Lots of things are happening before our eyes. The Real ID act of 2005 allowed our government to create the National ID starting in 2008. We will need this in order to bank, eventually buy food , get medical attention, supposedly it is the answer to Identity Theft and Illegal aliens. In acutality is the precursor to the Mark. If you want more info send my a note.

Sending jobs over seas one man said "is like shooting yourself in the foot." Eventually who is going to buy your product? When people no longer have jobs they cannot buy stuff. Say you own a clothing manufacturing company.
You send the cloth and other supplies over to Bangladesh.
You get cheap labor. They can barely make enough to buy food to eat. Are they going to spend $100. for a pair of sneakers? No, your customers are in the USA.
But the customers in the USA are out of a job. So can they buy your sneakers? No, eventually it comes back to the reason why you can sell your stuff so high in the USA is because they pay decent wages.
What happens when that doesn't happen? We have a recession and no one buys your product. Therefore you go broke. companies are cutting back on health care. So people have to spend more on health care and less capital to spend on clothes. Are they without a job going to buy a house? Do you know how many people building a house employs? Thousands! From windows to doors to plummers to the plumming supply house. Door knobs to carpet to drapes. The list is endless. When construction goes down?
Our economy is like a deck of cards stacked sideways.
When one goes they all do.
Then who buys your clothes that was made in Bangladesh?

There are many factors that cause recession. But around every 20 years, there is a recession in the United States.
