Do you people think that a gaint like Microsoft is going to survive forever or will it have to shut it doors due to any reason which may arise in future.
Do you think that Canadian Tire Stores and Tim Horton's should open up in the U.S?
Additional Details Hey if Canadians have to suffer through shopping and not finding what we're looking for at a Canadian Tire store Americans can share that experience with us too!!! :)
If a company wants to do something let them, this is American not cuba or china. If companies think that America is the best place in the world to do business let them come, they will only increase GDP, employment, and provide greater competiton which will lead to better quality and lower prices for consumers. There are no negative affects, except that the tire industry will have more competitors.

I live in Ohio and I stop at Tim Horton's almost everyday for a bagel and hot tea. Never heard of Canadian Tire Stores, though.

There are about three hundred Tim Horton's in the USA.
Also it is owned by an American (US) company, Wendy's International.

never its Canadian Tire for a reason,
and why complain about not having a tim hortons... the us has Sonic (we don't have sonic) and soo much more plus marlbourl cigarettes (we don't have those either) and we are subjected to all your fast food commercials and its so cheep and delicious when we don't have 99% of them here (in Canada i mean)

wow ... good question! I dunno how to feel about that ! It would be nice to keep Canadian companies in Canada (although Timmies is owned by Wendies!) It would also be nice to see a few Canadian companies in the states. I would be afraid that Tim Horton's would become more Americanized (no offense meant to anyone!) Can't wait to read the other responses! (I didn't know that there were Timmies in the US...)

There are Tim Horton's in the U.S. I live in Michigan and they are all over here. Don't know about Canadian Tire though.
