I wouldn't count on it. lehman's creditors will file suit to stop any type of payout under a severance package since the creditors are supposed to get first shot at all the assets. |

Probably not, but you can bet all the partners and directors dumped their stock and stock options last week and are okay financially. |

You will get paid for the time you worked (and still work, the company still exists). Employee pay have the highest claim of all debtors. But you will NOT get severance. There are other debtors that need to get paid back before they can do that, and there will not be enough money after they are paid. |
