No, this is what I found on the website and I missed a delivery on Friday, and it is scheduled for the second drop-off on January 2nd.

UPS will deliver on Dec 31 as long as it does not fall on a weekend. They will be closed on Jan 1.
I worked there for 10 years, I doubt they changed their policy as many businesses are open Dec 31 and they have commitments to those businesses. |

Yes they deliver air shipments only, I know because I volunteered to do it.....hey 8 hours holiday pay then double time for hours worked. So 1 day express, 2nd day, and international will be delivered, not ground and I'm not sure on 3rd day. |
