no. every mail service, ups, fed ex, dhl, etc.... all are close on sundays. they only deliver monday through saturday, so you will get your package on monday around 12:00 p.m.

No and yes. They will not usually deliver on sundays but if you pay a lot extra then they will. So, for what you want, no.
