I bought a bag of potatoes a few days ago at Walmart and when I opened it up, the potatoes had maggots in them. However, I've thrown away my receipt. I have the card I bought the potatoes with, so can I just take that in and get my money back? Thanks! |

yes you can walmart will take just about anything back without a receipt. sometimes they take stuff that they do not even sell. So bring them back and I know you will get your money back. |

I work at Walmart and have done so for 4 yrs and as far as I know Walmart will take anything back, for the reason that they don't loose any profit what so ever, if you take your credit card statement they might just issue you credit back on you card. |

If you have a reciept Yes....Transaction number and cashier Number can tell them pretty near anything. You are also listed in a data base if you return anything. |

In my experience, Walmart is very good about returns/exchanges when you have the receipt. I see that you don't, but in an item such as food purchased with a credit card, they can just credit your account. Walmart does not like to have dissatisfied customers.

Take the bag back and ask for a replacement or your money back. Won't be a problem without a receipt. |

well here where i live u can take it back and tell them u dont have a receipt and tell them that your potatoes had maggots in them and they should let u change them out. |
