If you want to register ur company in India, then you can access the site of Department of Companies Affaire to check the avaliablity of the name which you propose to select. You can also get the respective guidlines regarding the procedure to be adopted, the concern persons to be met, respective forms and fees to be paid. |

In India, each State capital has the office of "Registrar of Companies". You have to get in touch with them and make an application for registering your company's name. Generally, they check the availability of the name and advise you if it needs any change. Also, if the name sounds a little strange (meaning, if the words in the company name are not in common use), they would ask you to justify the name selection.

In the UK company registrations are controlled by Companies House. There are many agents who will handle the formation paperwork for you and you can even do it online. search for "company formation agents" to get a selection.
