This company is hiring and found my resume on monster.com. It would be part time. The company task is to collect money from customers online, transfer the money to my bank account or paypal and wire it to the Sweden bank account. When it comes to my personal bank account, it raises a red flag. What does the public on yahoo think about this? They even have a website http://damma-exchange.net. |

I would avoid it if I were you.
In one of these judges show recently (Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, etc - but can't recall what show it was), someone was being sued for doing exactly what this "job" position entails. It was for an eBay sale, and the "middleman" (the defendant) will wire the funds to the Russian company using her bank account. She wired the buyer's payment to the company, but the Russian company never sent the item so she was left holding the bag, so to speak.
This is one of the growing scams out there. And with many people needing some work at home earning opportunities, many fall for the scam

IT'S A BIG SCAM...THEY SAID IT'S AN ONLINE COMPANY...WELL HOW COME THEY DON'T HAVE A WEBSITE...ANYWAYS, MY FRIEND RECEIVED A CHECK FROM THEM - THEY USE DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES-AND THEY WERE FROM ENGLAND- THE CHECK WAS FROMA REAL BANK ACCOUNT FROM A REAL BANK HERE IN THE US...BUT...IT WAS A FRAUDULENT CHECK...WHICH MEANS THAT WHEN MY FRIEND DEPOSITED IT INTO HER ACCOUNT, IT CLEARED-WITH THE HELP OF THE MANAGER OF THE BANK WHO DID VERIFY THE FUNDS AT THE OTHER BANK- BUT AFTER 3-4 DAYS, THE PERSON FROM WHICH ACCOUNT THE MONEY WAS ACTUALLY TAKEN OUT OF REALIZED IT, PUT A STOP ON THE CHECK AND MY FRIEND WAS NEGATIVE IN THE BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE CHECCK AMOUNT.......FORGOT TO MENTION THAT SHE HAD ALREADY WIRED THE MONEY TO ENGLAND THROUGH WESTERN UNION...WHICH IS LIKE CASH...SO SHE HAD TO PAY IT BACK TO HER BANK NOW...AND HER BANK DOESN'T CARE FROM WHERE AND WHY SHE DID IT...SO...THEN SHE REALIZED THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PEOPLE...JUST THEIR NAMES...WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN FAKE... AND THEY MADE $6000 IN CASH FROM HER....EUROPEANS REALLY THINK AMERICANS ARE STUPID....AND THE PEOPLE WHO FALL FOR THIS UNFORTUNATELY PROVE THEM RIGHT!...WE CANNOT TRUST ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A WEBSITE FOR THEIR COMPANY....WHAT DAY IN AGE ARE WE...ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SAY THEY TRADE E-GOLD...AND NOT HAVE A SITE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY?

I got one of those e-mails too. They found my resume on monster also. I'm so glad I tried to investigate via internet first and found these questions and answers.
I see how getting someone's money and hoping someone else with send them the product puts me in a possible legal quicksand.
I won't be contacting them and I hope you and no one else does.
Spread the word!! Scam clearly. |

yea i just googled them because i got the same email too, and your question came up in the results.... any "job" opportunity thats requiring you to use your bank account to transfer $ to another country is a no-brainer.... DONT. |

Hello,
I just got that same email! I almost went ahead with it then I started to research it. There is nothing on the net about it especially f they suppose to be worldwide. Also the email said they have 4 positions and if you read their employee FAQs, it said you can tell a friend about the position. I even looked up the position and company on monster.com and did not find anything. |

Don't do it, its a trick. I'm from Australia and have been scammed into something very similar. Please report it immediately to the authorities, to your bank if you have gone ahead with the job and to the employment services you have used. |

Yeah, I almost fell for it too. I reported this company to the authorities, I would advise anyone who actually WAS scammed by them to do the same. |
