Contact your local phone company and see if they help you, explain the situation and they might be able to let you know who is calling and what options, if any, are available. I my guess is that it is an automated phone system and you will never get the call, by not getting the call you are probably saving yourself a lot of headaches.

Most phone service providers allow you to 'block' specific numbers.. contact your service provider (Orange etc) tell them you are being harassed and ask them to block the number ..
