Shame on these companies for outsources jobs to foreigners who speak bad or broken English. That tells me alot about a company that cares so little about their customer service or support lines that they would have you get fustrated over not understanding the foreign person. It tells me they don't care about the consumer. Nor do they care if the person buys from someone else because they can't correct problems with a product. The last foreigner told me.
