It's a trade secret - just like the recipe for Coke. I can assure you that they are all Cow meat but very few people actually know which parts of the cow (if labeled beef franks). Probably parts that are cheap such as lips, hoofs, leg meat, neck meat, etc. |

Did you know that in fast food restaurants, their meat is allowed to have .03% non-food parts in it, or some number close to that. I don't know about the rules for hotdogs, butI don't eat McDonalds so much after I heard that one. |
