Why not simply patronize a business that treats its customers and employees better? I rarely have that trouble at Target. I have NEVER purchased anything at a WalMart in my entire life but have been inside one before. |

I was there today and they had 4 open. There was a huge line at each and I was like WTF! The money goes into their pocket and they also treat their employees like total crap. I really should stop shopping there lol |

Easy. Money it cost money. People are not going to work for free. Wal-mart is not going to hire more people to cover the extra registers. Why you ask? Another easy question. More money in pocket mean more happy for me. Why? you ask again. Easy with more money I can open more Wal-mart. Why? To make more money for me. Corp talk |

maybe just to show everyone that they can afford more things then other stores...in my opinion, i think the only 15 of them actually work....if you want to complain, go to the customer service counter and ask for a suggestion card. But we know for sure that the money they make isnt going to its employees or the community... |

I know what you mean at my local walmart they have like 32 registers and only open about 10 of them.... when i worked there last year i only knew of just once when we used almost all the registers during the summer time.... i think they only mainly use them around holidays and plus alot of the back registers at my walmart are broke for some odd reason which i dont see how cuz they dont get used much.... best bet to get checked out quick is go to like hardware or lawn and garden if they are not backed up also.... but if you want to complain try Corporate Office. It's because Walmart is running their business as cheaply and efficiently as possible. |

Its how you get good prices, you optimize your staff
More staff, you save 5 minutes, but price goes up.
You will have to shop at a more upmarket store if you want personal service.
I'll wait a minute to save a buck! |

Like all things financial, it's the balancing act of getting as much done as possible with the least amount of people to pay. |

Actually, if you go by the customer service desk, there is a number for the Store Manager and also their bosses phone number, which is the Market Manager also known as District Manager. The store managers name and phone number is also printed on every reciept. The store # (I don't mean phone # - but the # that identifies what store location it is) is also printed on the reciept so if you would like to go higher up then the above mentioned, call 1-800-Wal-Mart and all the info. on the store you were visiting is on there.
Well, if you don't want an answer to your question - why ask? I answered the part about: "and theres NO WHERE you can call or email about this is there? Is there any walmart executives in here that know the answer etc??"
But, you're right, maybe you shouldn't shop there.
BTW, they don't send you anything in the mail. But... you have all the answers and don't need to call the # and find out what you will get. |
