Well, Southwest Airlines recognizes that their employees, not their customers are their most valuable asset.

As Jack Warner of Warner Brothers once said to Albert Einstein: "I have my own theory of relatives, don't hire them."

The premise of management IS to be able to manage the people who are the the "workers." The most important feature is to be able to get postivie responses from workers in order to be a successful organizer.

one management theory that comes to mind is theory "x" and theory "y" styles of management. Theory "x" is the belief that employees don't like to work, and if a manager doesn't give negative reinforcement, then the employees will not do their jobs because they inherantly do not like to work. Theory "y" is the style of management where the manager trusts the employee, and has the belief that the employee will work because that is what they would like to do. Theory "y" supports positive reinforcement.

its hard to answer your question due to misspelling and phrasing that make no sense!1 can you rephrase ?

The one that leaps to mind immediately is TQM. Total Quality Management as established by Demings does that.
You do have to be on the lookout, however, for the CLUELESS who pretend they do TQM--Demings was EXPLICIT--you follow ALL principles, not just the ones you want to and you don't mess with them. There's a lot of "pseudo-TQM" out there and that's the mark of scammers who don't care about employees or customers or they'd do it right.

cant think of any i guess thats why all my workers said take this job and shove it i aint working here no more.oh wait i heard of this guy einstien i guess his theory of revolution was important or was that evolution.of course you know anyone in a leadership role is much more important then the worker himself.just ask me im debbie dootson.
