i work for ON (i'm on my husband's page here) I registered at work but I think today was the last chance. If you can still try it tomorrow at your store you can print the coupon and give it to the person if you can't email, you just register their name. I just tried the website too and found nothing. Maybe try going in thru portal...I love the donation part but this is way too complicated and our regional is expecting 100% participation...

The website is accessible from any computer with internet access. Make sure you are going to the right site:

www.gapinc.com/employee/giveandget
For friends/family that do not have email, you can just enter their name and print their invitation to give or mail their invite.

Log into GapWeb http://portal.gap.com
and check out the tips and instructions they have for the Give & Get event.

I'll post some of it here:

Q. The code on the bottom of my invite card is not working. What should I do?
A. Please bring your card to your store manager and request another card. You can also call employee services to request a new code.

Q. Is there a deadline to register on the Give+Get site?
A. No. However, we encourage you to register and send your invitations soon to allow time for your friends and family to receive their invitations and plan their shopping.

Q. My friend has received his or her email invitation, but the barcode is not showing up. What should I do?
A. Resend the email to your friend by logging onto the site and clicking the RESEND button. Your friend will receive a new invitation that says, “Having trouble seeing the In-Store Barcode at the bottom of this email? Click here.” When your friend clicks on the "Click here" link, it displays the email with the link.

Q. I would like to invite more than one person from the same household, i.e. John and Jane Doe. Can I do this?
A. Yes. When you are entering names on the invitation screen simply enter both first names in the first name entry field and the last name in the last name field. (i.e. FIRST: John and Jane LAST: Doe). This way the email invitation will have both names for easy shopping. If they have different last names you can enter two last names as well.

Q. Why did we only get 15 invitations when we used to get many more?
A. Over the past several years, participation in our Friends & Family Days program has declined. With the new program, we’ve made changes to enhance the program and to include hundreds of thousands of our best customers. Given this and our analysis, the team made a determination to allocate 15 per employee. This is a new approach and we know we’ll be looking at both employee feedback and the actual results to determine how we evolve the program in future.

Q. I entered an incorrect or outdated email address for one of my friends/family on the site. Can I update the address?
A. No. Once you have submitted the name and email address, the fields are not able to be edited.

Q. Can I send to five of my friends now and go back to the site to send to 10 others later on or do I have to enter everything at one time?
A. Yes. Just enter the names you have now. Then you can come back and sign into the site again and send your additional invites.

Q. What if I send to a friend and later find out he/she also received this as one of our best customers? Can I then send to someone else instead?
A. No. Once you’ve sent an email you cannot send additional emails.

Q. By providing my friends’ and families’ email addresses am I signing them up to receive marketing messages outside of the Give+Get event?
A. No, your friends and family will only be added to our mailing list if they opt-in to receive future marketing messages. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.

Q. Am I able to print out my invitations without first registering my friends’ and family members’ names?
A. No, the registration process requires you to provide the names of those individuals you would like to include before you can access the invitations.

Q. What if I would like to extend the offer to someone who does not have an email address or computer access?
A. You will be able to print invitations once you have registered the names of your friends and family members.

Q. I’d like to invite more than 15 friends and/or family or split my invitations by brand. Can I do this?
A. Not at this time. Each employee has only 15 invitations. Give+Get was designed to highlight the power of all of our brands together and make our offer easy and compelling. Give+Get provides both HQ and the field employees’ friends and family the same discount. In previous events, the majority of our field teams received only their brand’s invitation. By uniting under one invitation, coupled with our nonprofit donation, we hope our Give+Get program will stand out from the competition.

Q. How will you track how much money my friends and I spend in order to determine the amount of money donated to the nonprofit partner I choose?
A. Each invitation has a bar code to track store purchases and a unique promotion code to track online purchases. The amounts spent on eligible merchandise and the chosen nonprofit partner will be tracked through these means.

Q. Are Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Factory stores participating in the event?
A. Yes. We have updated the website to ensure employees and customers know that these stores are also participating in the event.

Q. Are employees allowed to use the discount?
A. The terms and conditions state that employees are not eligible to participate in the Give+Get program. However, we recognize that employees do not receive an ongoing employee discount at Piperlime. So, if you’d like to use one of these discounts for yourself, it’s OK with us. For Give+Get, what’s most important is that you use your best judgment and share your discounts with those who are most likely to shop at our brands.

Q. Can I use my invitation more than once? In-stores? Online?
A. Each invitation contains an online promotional code good for one online order. The great news is that our new universal website allows you to order from gap.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepublic.com, and piperlime.com all in one order, with just one flat shipping fee (see online stores for details)! You may also use the in-store portion of your coupon as many times as you like during the Give+Get event.

Q. What if I use my invitation online and then want to shop in-store or vice versa?
A. Each invitation allows for one online order (using a unique promotional code) plus unlimited in-store usage during the Give+Get event (email print out with barcode must be presented for in-store redemption).

Q: I received an invitation to participate in your Give+Get event, but I am unable to participate. Can I forward the invitation on to someone else?
A. We apologize if you are unable to participate; however, your invitation to the Give+Get event is non-transferable.

Myth #1. I have to enter all my friends' email addresses at one time.
Nope. Just enter the names you have now. Then you can come back and sign into the site again and send your additional invites.

Myth #2. My friends’ emails will be added to the Gap Inc. marketing database.
No, your friends and family will only be added to our mailing list if they opt-in to receive future marketing messages. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details. Please note, a system reminder will be sent to remind participants to shop next weekend, but no emails will be sent once the program is finished unless your friends and family opt-into our lists.

Myth #3. This takes too much time.
Registering is quick! See the tip sheet to make it even faster and easier. It sure beats addressing 15 envelopes, finding stamps, walking to the post office….

Myth #4. My friends won’t know the email came from me.
Your designated friends and family will receive an email with the following subject line, “John Doe invites you to save 25% off at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Piperlime,” so it will be obvious that it’s from you!

Myth #5. My mom doesn’t understand computers and doesn’t have email. I can’t include her like in the past.
You will be able to print invitations once you have registered the names of your friends and family members.

Myth #6. The website wasn’t working and duplicated some of my invitations – so now I don’t have all 15 invitations to send.
Earlier in the week, the site experienced some technical issues, which have now been resolved. Any accounts which had duplicate emails were corrected. You can now log back in and fill out your remaining entries.

Our store let the employee's that couldn't get on or have access to a computer use the office. If not go to the public library and use theirs and print the ones you need..

I had a hard time myself logging in, type this web page address this is the site you need to get to
https://gap.p.delivery.net/m/p/gap/nonprofit/e_welcome.asp
As far as people without e-mail you can e-mail it to the closest relative but put their name on the invitation and have them print it for the person who does not have e-mail.

Hi-
I am a GM with Gap Inc. and also experienced difficulty when logging into my already existing account.
In your browser type the follwing address:

https://gap.p.delevery.net/m/p/gap/nonprofit/e_login.asp

For freinds and family that do not have email, submit their first and last names in the required field and enter your email address. You can either submit to print the invitation or send the email to yourself and then print it out from your email. Obviously a printer is required for both.

Good Luck!!!

their intranet (not the internet) (IE a store computer)
(I used to work for them but I work for fedex now
and for "inside Info there is something called the intranet
(meaning only store computers can access that information
this might the problem in your situation
