Yes, many Target stores do. Try calling your local store and asking the minimum hiring age, they will tell you, no problem. =] |

You have to be at the "working age."
This varies by state, and it's 14 where you are.
The other "variable" is the corporations requirements, although I see young people working there a lot, so I would think they hire at any age above legal. |

Most chain stores wil hire as soon as your old enough to work if you get a job that dosen't involve a drivers liscense or using heavy machinary. |

Probably not. Where I'm from you need a work permit if you are under the age of 17. I don't think any major retail stores hire anyone under the age of 16 because of child labor laws. You might want to consider a locally owned business because I started working at 13 at my aunt's business because that was the only job I could hold for being so young. |
