they only deliver air packages that a premium has been paid for Saturday delivery. Ground packages are never delivered on Saturdays

Not for UPS Ground, even with a Saturday request. They will deliver on Saturday for 3 day select and expedited options.

They claim they deliver on Saturdays, but they never do at our house. do you have a tracking number? You can track your package online at the UPS site.
