Why did you bid on it if you thought it wasn't legit?
If that's a link to an item by the same seller then, even if it's not legit, as long as you pay by PayPal you are covered for the £150 anyway so can always make a claim back. |

You never bid or buy anything from someone who hasn't been on eBay for a while and who has no or very little legitimate feedback. If the sales are private walk away. And if you're selling something don't sell to someone with no feedback either.
It's a scam.

TO be safe just pay through paypal and if it is not legit you will be able to file a claim and get your money back. I have purchased a few items from people who were not legit and since I used pay poal I recieved all of my money back. If you do not use paypal and it is not legit you will be up a creek so be safe and use paypal and you will not have to worry. |

1. What is the product you bought? I don't understand it, and there is no description. In the future, don't buy a product with no description.
2. NEVER EVER buy from a seller with a rating of 0. In the future, don't buy from one with a rating of less than AT LEAST 5, but 10 is much better. Many sellers have made 500-1,000 transactions and are very safe.
3. Ebay does offer some protection. You can report fraud IF you pay the money and the person doesn't deliver the goods. It will take some time to work out and you may not get your money back.
4. You are bound to pay for the item you bought. That's part of the contract with Ebay. |
