If you tell Ebay about this then he will be blacklisted and you will not have to pay anything. I have had this problem before and it all got sorted.
Hope this helps!

you need to write to the royal mail and get proof that they attempted delivery (or bluff it and tell your "friend" in france thats what you have done). Its the only way out without having to pay |

I don't think he can do that...contact ebay maybe, you'll get a better answer from them.
You have to give him a refund but not pay for his postage unless there was something genuinely wrong with it, if you have proof he refused the parcel you'll be fine. He can't force you to pay for it!
what a moron! |

By rights, the bidder accepted the terms and conditions, and should honour the agreement. He paid for the goods, and you posted them, so if he refuses to sign for them, then he is not honouring the agreement.
You do not have to pay him a penny because he has chnaged his mind AFTER the goods were posted, and, according to UK law, as soon as goods are posted, then they belong to the recipient.
If he DOES file an "unclaimed item" dispute through E-bay, then all you need to do is send the tracking number to e-bay and / or a copy of the postal receipt and that will be proof enough that you sent the goods. |

You need to go through ebay with this. Send them an email explaining the situation and they can give you guidance. Do not email the buyer direct, you must do it through ebay as then you have proof of communications. Good luck |

contact ebay direct and tel them what has happened, also contact paypal so they will know not to pay money back to him. you could try filing a dispute against him |

well how did the person pay for it ? if it was pay-pal and you also have a postage receipt. then they can't do anything. you can out a dispute in first if they don't accept parcel. if you are a regular user ebay have a direct helpline. but i would get the dispute in first. on saying that you have to wait 7 days and show that you have communicated with the buyer. good luck. |
