Ebay buyer hasn't paid me but I'm scared to leave negative feedback?
I sold a space heater more than a week ago. The winner did not pay me even though I sent her the invoice twice. As the seller, I request payment within 7 days and it has been a little more than 7 days. I emailed her buyer and asked her to pay and that it is overdue and that I do not have to have to give her negative feedback. I have not heard back.
The no brainer thing to do is to giver her negative feedback. However, I am afraid she will get mad and give me negative feedback too - which I cannot afford. I have 100% positive feedback but from only 55 people. One negative review will really hurt my score.
What should I do? Additional Details Oh - I haven't sent the item.
i was in the same situation as u just the other day report them to ebay on your list it will say report a unpaid item click on that and follow the steps and ebay will email them for u and tell them to pay within so many days and if they dont they will go a no payment strike next to there name and then u can relist it.

File an NPB (non paying bidder) report with ebay. Don't leave feedback until the buyer does. If they leave you a negative, you can dispute it and get it removed because of the NPB.

In a sense, this is a moot point, because EBay's announced that they are going to eliminate the ability to give negative feedback. But that doesn't help you. My feeling is that if you have positive feedback from 55 people, and you have a negative feedback from 1, you're still over 98 percent -- and thats an excellent place to be. Go for it. Also, drop a line to EBay itself. Perhaps they can give you some assistance with this apparent deadbeat.
Good luck.

you should have had her pay before you sent the product. give her major negative feedback or contact ebay. if she gives you negative feedback, then you can contact ebay to get it removed and tell them the situation.

I would file a NPB and get my seller's and listing fee refunded. There's not much point in a seller leaving negative feedback because it isn't going to get the buyer to pay for the item - they will just leave you negative and ruin your rating. Feedback isn't really there for sellers because you can get your fees refunded and hold the auction again. It's a pain in the *** but not a big deal. Feedback is more for the benefit of buyers, because if someone takes your money and they don't send the item that is theft and other bidders need to be warned about such sellers. As a seller you've just been inconvenienced rather than left out of pocket, and you're going to have to hold the auction again so I'd just relist and get on with it and forget about feedback.
