Ebay delivery problems?
Hey. I have boght a camera from ebay but the item is undelivered for 1 month.
I have contacted the seller and he said that it has just returned to him 'undeliverable' and now he wants me to pay the shipping charges again and confirm my address for him to ship it out. Should i? i mean it's his fault as i got like 5 items from ebay on that address.

Thank you

Yea i paid throught Paypal and the item had insurance but i dont think that it was protected

If you havn't recieved the item then it depends how you paid for it? if you paid by paypal then you need to file a no delivery strike against this seller, paypal should then refund you your payment in full, however you only have 30 days to do this. Do NOT pay him postage, ask for a refund, or replacement, this is your right, you are in the right and he is wrong, when you recieve your refund give him a negative and leave bad feedback telling others how you were treat by this seller.

Gemini
Ask him to confirm to you what address he sent it to, if it was yours then you should have had a "while you were out" card? Start an "item not recieved" dispute through paypal, hurry up with this as im sure youve only got 45 days to do it, i think hes trying to pull a fast one.He basically has to prove to paypal that he sent it by trackable post, if he cant, you get your cash back.

i know how you feel. i seem to have the ebay curse where whatever i order either arrives late, incomplete, or broken. my advice is to buy whatever you want for a bit more money and get quality. in answer to your question its his damned fault and you shouldnt have to pay anything extra for his slip up. write an email to him to this effect but be polite as you wouldnt want to get negative feedback.

Perhaps he typed the address label wrong. Check your Ebay account and make sure that the address on file is correct first. It may be wrong but the other postmen recognized your name and delivered it anyway.

Is he sending it to you where you have to sign for it and no ones home to sign for the package? Look at his feedback too and see if this is a pattern with him.

If he wont mail it to you again then he has to cancel the transaction.

Well. Sounds like he is being a bit dodgey. How did you pay paypal? If you have got things sent to that address b4 then it should have came to you. And if it was registered I hope (if the items you buy are dear- make sure there registered) then if you werent home they should have left a card for you to pick it up at the post office. I would say to save another lot of postage even though it is hes fault and you shouldt have to be the one to pay. he won't. Get a refund. Tell him you do not want the camera anymore- you are not paying more shipping- give my a refund. Then buy a camera off a different seller with registered post to make sure you get it. Also if you paid with paypal- tell them your problem- they might be able to get a full refund off him for you including the shipping charges you have already paid. good Luck =)

no you shouldnt pay again and like fazzy said contact ebay
the seller is suggesting it came back undelivered but if a delivery man tryed to deliver it or even royal mail tryed even if you wernt home they would stick a card in the door
