I bought a pair of shoes off of ebay. The seller sent me the wrong size. I told her immediately and she said sorry and she would pay for return shipping but also asked me if I would like a different size. After I said I want a rull refund and would not like an exchange, the seller began dodging me. its been about 3 days now. I looked up her adress and found her number. you should send her several messages through ebay since they keep a record of it. report the claim NOW to paypal and/or ebay. kindly send her a message saying that you want to clear the situation so you need to hear from her soon otherwise you'll give her a call... no one wants to get a call from an angry customer. lately every other ebay transaction i encounter, the seller has been shady and i've had to put in claims. it's always best to pay via paypal bc they USUALLY have your back.

If it is your mistake, stop whining and pay the shipping. If the seller errored, then it is up to him to make good. If not, go to eBay site map, then on the bottom it says dispute console.
If you get no satisfaction, call the seller. If you both cannot come to a reasonable agreement, then leave this seller negative feedback. But, make sure you are totally innocent before doing so.

Make a complaint to ebay about the seller. Also if you paid using paypal you are protected if these things happen. If you sent a money order you are pretty much out of luck unless you goto small claims court.

if you used paypal to pay just file a claim. tell the seller you did not get what you paid for and you want you money back, its the best way to go
