It really depends on what type of business you run, and what you can afford. Holiday vouchers, where they can be saved up towards a flight or holiday, is one idea. Groceries for a week, to a value of whatever. Hired limo' for one hour or more. |

There are tons of things you can do, on a large scale profit sharing always adds up to something for the average worker. If you are small business...gift cards or paid vacations maybe. |

• Money/Bonuses are always an incentive to employees.
• Company apparel or items such as coffee mugs with the company's logo on them are good incentives
• Gift certificates for a movie, restaurant or spa are great incentives.
• Company paid parties (e.g. bowling parties) are not only great incentives, but great morale boosters as well. |

Okay aside from my kneejerk reaction to say something slick about all your hot friends on your 360..
my real answer would be..
Low $ incentives-
- weekly gas cards
- gift certificates to local resaurants(they may even cut you a break when you buy them)
- Catered lunch on Friday
- vehicle detailing certificates
Higher dollar incentives-
- weekend at a vacation spot
- company credit card...
The one that works best in my company... set goals and reward groups with money... If you meet this goal, you get this amt of money..

that depends on what the basis of the incentives are and the type of business it is but you could do free dinner coupons to a nearby restaurant an extra personal day off shopping gift card and if all else fails money is always good |

To help boost product sales we award dinner for two gift cards to the top percentage sales people. This way the new people have the same chance for the reward. If you make it out of reach for your lowest sales people they won't try and even resent the top sales recipient and could even cause friction or sabotage in the sales dept. I would avoid giving money and always change the gift card just to make it interesting. Walmart and target cards work great as well as popular restaurants in your area. |
