Contact the provider of this card and place an immediate stop on it. Let them know that your card has been compromised and that you have not authorized the charges. Do it NOW!!!! |

While you are trying to figure out who they are, tell your credit card company to not pay further charges. I do not know who issues your card, but the bank behind it should have some kind of protection plan. I like Amex cards for that reason - they will actually work it out for you. Good luck.
PS The company seems to be a Web design company. |

Immediately go cancel your card, period. Then request a replacement card be issued. Who ever is using your credit card number obviously got it from you or someone who knows your number. Have you used your card at a coffee shop recently? An out of town eatery? I had such an experience when Pay Pal notified me a transaction in the amount of $418.36 was being processed. I immediately sent Pay Pal a reply stating the fact that I was not authorizing such transaction and to cancel that and any other transaction. They blocked my account and every now and then I get a warning email from Pay Pal that someone is attempting to process a transaction. I don't care because my account is now VOID and Pay Pal can not accept any transaction on it.
Go cancel your card, today, this moment. Don't wait. File a claim with the police department so they can begin an investigation. Also file a complaint with the Bank who issued the card so they can begin their investigation and release you of any wrong charges. |

ok they are not a company you buy things from, you are probably receiving charges from the for using your "green dot" card. This is why you should have a credit or debit card. You get charged for using it, depending on their terms, paypal charges a fee is you use your paypal debit as a debit, but if you use it as a credit you don't get charged. Taking money out at an atm is not only subject to atm fee's but this green dot will also charge you. You didn't buy anything it's just the fee's associated with using a pre paid piece of garbage. |

call ur credit card company and move ur money into another account just as a temporary safety procedure. also i read the return policy on the website u mentioned, it says that some products could have been purchased through another site. so if u have purchased anything online from another site this could be the charge just under the name of the producing company. |

If you lose your Card or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately contact our lost or stolen Card hotline at 1-877-434-3578. We will cancel your old Card, transfer the remaining balance to a new Card and then mail it out to you at the address on file. Fee applies.
Or - you might want to try to contact WalMart and see if they can do it??? |

welll it was a pre paid card thieves will go to gift cards and pre paid cards write the number down and check it everyday online until someone purchases that card, then they will charge to the gift card or pre paid credit card.
Or it could be a service charge, alot of them have many fees hidden such as using it at atms or using it more them 3 times a day. |

Go to your bank, or whoever gave you the debit card, immediately and tell them to reject the additional charges coming in, that you don't know who they are and the charges do not belong to you. The bank will probably have to cancel your debit card and give you a new one, but it will be worth it to save your getting ripped off. Ask them to credit you back for the amount already taken out of your account. They can investigate and do all this for you. |
