Oh so many to pick just one.... Well, i work the overnight shift for a police department and I stopped at McDonald's to get an iced coffee. I didn't drink out of it until I got to work and was getting my things situated for the night ahead.I took one drink and it was terrible, to much syrup ( hazelnut) . That McDonald's closed at 11 pm so I was trying to call and let them know how bad this coffee was. When they finally answered, he refused to replace the drink because I could not go back right then to replace it. I was disappointed. |

I was waiting for a lady to ring up my purchases at K-Mart, and she was on the phone. She had dropped one of my items i couldnt get to, so i went to tell her and she gave me the index finger. Ya kno- the hold on im busy finger. That just annoyed me , and it wasn't like a customer service call, it was her boyfriend ! |
