So a little while back me, my sister and my sisters baby were at walmart looking at makeup. We were in the same aisle for at least 45 minutes looking at the fake nails for a wedding that we were going to. After we checked out, as we were walking out a couple Lady's approached saying can you come with us, so we went thinking there was a mistake or we forgot something. No, they took us into a room and accused us of stealing which we DEFINITELY DID NOT steal. My sister opened her purse to show them and they took her eyeliner and her nail polish stick, she opened the eyeliner to show them that it was used but they still took it!
they banned my sister from walmart and are now charging her $250
wtf are we supposed to do, we didnt steal and they wont show us the video either.
errr i hate walmart.

I Would def. report them to the better business burea(i think i mispelled that) but yeah i would report them. who do they think they are to make decent, innocent people look like theives. good luck in what it is that you do.......but this is something i would not let go so lightly. and besides they would have to prove it to me before i was made to pay $250.00 |

take it to authorities... Seriously, They accused me of stealing. and they did the same thing to me. So I told them to call the cops and they didnt so I did myself and I explained to the cops and told them that the hairbrush and make up in my purse was already mine. I mean my loose hair was in my brush. I had bought it like the day before, and the walmart ppl tryed telling me that the perfume I had bought the day before was stolen. I told them I had a recipt for it in my car but the walmsrt ppl wouldnt let me go to my car. So The policeman and Myself walked to my car and I showed him the receipt. and then he went back in to the walmart and told the ladies who accused me that they need to be more cautious on how they accuse ppl when they need to be cething real shoplifters and leave us innocent ones alone! |

i would say sue them for harassment, slander, or something along those lines. I'm fairly certain that you could get access to the video tape if you took them to court which should pretty much vindicate you (make sure its the whole video not an edit which could make you look bad) |

the way i see it the walmart got nothing to do with it,its just that b.....rd who caught you is desperate for a place in the spot light an he or she is making you a stepping stone for his or her career advancement and too bad you caught in between when he or she was just trying to impress someone above to notice the extra effort he or she did..sue them for harassment for their very last penny and let that be a lesson for every one else in the same shoe |
