i order some stuff from Orlando, FL and it said it will be delivered on nov, 12 but its November 12 and on the web page it still says it departed from Orlando can someone tell me why it doesn't say it has arrived like all the other time heres the pic of FedEx

It says estimated time of delivery.Based on how long it takes to process the package.Estimated is just what it is,estimated.It doesn't say it will be delivered on the 12 it says estimated time of delivery.You just got to wait for it. |

Hi, its just an estimated delivery day. When you track it, it would say out for delivery if it is on the truck. You might get it tomorrow. If you have questions call the person or company you bought the item from.

Well, it all depends on the service you selected. If it is FedEx ground, it is just an estimate, fedex ground is much cheaper that way they deliver when they can. fedex express is different so just inquire through 1 800 Go FedEx and see what they tell you, good luck. Usually they will deliver in the afternoon, hopefully you go it already. |

because you used home delivery fedex which is the worst way to send anything we have had problems with our driver saying he tried to deliver but we werent there. basically so they can go home early, these home delivery drivers are fedex's rejects. |

Try phoning Fed Ex. A lot of the time, a CSR will have more info for you than is on the web site. |

Residential delivery dates are not guaranteed, only commercial deliveries. That is why it says "Estimated Delivery Date". FedEx Home Delivery works differently than regular FedEx.
Normally, not always though, it will say "On truck for delivery" or "Out for delivery" under "Status" on the day it is to be delivered. |
