I recently order a package from fedex, and they fail to deliver it, they only came once with was in a friday, the following monday, tuesday and wednesday I stay at home waiting for the package, Tuesday I call fedex 800 hundred number to find out why I have not gotten my package they just told to wait that the package would get to me on tuesday but it did not and it did not get here on wednesday also, I call fedex again and they actually do not have a complain department I can only complain to the 800 number and they will make a note of and give me a reference number. I ask them if there is a place I can go to, so I can make a formal complaint and they said not I can only call them. |

I had issue with FedEx when they supposed to pick something up and never showed up. I had to call them several times to 800 number. So I know your pain. Couple things you can try.
Remember, your goal is not to sinc the company in more paperwork, the reason you are complaining is that you want your package to be delivered or get something from them if it's not.
1) Ask for supervisor as soon as you call 800 number.
2) If they lost your package ask them about kind of reimburesement you would get, aslo ask them about compensation that you entitled if the package is not on time.
3) Not satisfied with the answer, ask for manager.
It works better if you stay calm and focused. This method works any time you need to complain about something to bigger corporation.

You're making a complaint against FedEx. They're not going to give you any help with it. Duh! Log on to their website and try to find the corporate office. Write a letter to head of the company. Good luck with that!

The head office is in Memphis. Fedex is normally very eliable if you get to speak to the right person. You may have to try a few times. There is a 1-800 number on their truck. Usually, you should follow up the telephone call with a letter by ordinary post not email. I know someone who works there but sorry I can't give her name. She is usually very fair about the way she resolves hitches which occur every now and again in every company. |

Call up the company or person that you are supposed to be getting the package from. Get the Fed Ex tracking number from them and then go and make a lost package claim on the Fed Ex website. |

0ne of my friend send me a mobile from K.S.A by Fedex, my tracking number of d pakage. 866888225108. Form ID nmbr 0460. VAT nmbr IQ- 2215306826. 0n 25th january i received a call from fedex sylhet office, the office informed me that i have to buy Tk 300 stamp n have to pay around 5000 BDT for custom charge.But my friend who sent me mobile informed me that she paid everytìng and Fedex authority will delevered the packet to my home. As my friend already paid everything than why i have to again pay 5000 Bdt.?is it your system to pay senders and receivers? i am really afraid of it. Plz inform me what to do now? |
