Under gas regulations and it might even be European Law the store should have gave you the correct regulator. The large stores Home Base, B and Q are all selling the BBQ with the wrong regulator and you don't find this out until you get home. It happened to me a few years ago i just went back to the store and the guy handed me a regulator from under the counter, the stores know they should be giving you the proper regulator.
