Hi buddy, your question is consider all overall management theory , because every level ,position in charge which due to human in task is count as management skill. From the general worker to the finance direct or CEO, all have different control management. My suggestion is you may try to supply chain management 1st and later to risk management and project management last to human and administrative management and etc. These information can also found in any website.Good luck.

r-alert
If you are a baseline employee, show initiative in taking on more responsibility, additional projects, etc. Once you get to the point where your managers come to you to handle projects and complete them in a timely manner, you will begin to get noticed. It takes time and effort, but well worthwhile. When you can handle the problems that others can't, it is a sign of advancement that will not go unrecognized. Raises, then status increase will take place. You must be able to delegate responsibility, even if the other employees are your friends. Take responsibility for your actions and the others under you. Watch the amounts it costs in productivity and overtime. You must always pay attention to the smallest detail because you will be held responsible.
