Corporate leaders are not just found. You can steal them from other companies or hire someone that is just out looking for a job. Some companies think that it is important to develop their own leaders. You do that with moving them around in a company to get feel of the organization and for the company to understand the strengths and weakness of an employee. That is grooming someone for future leadership.
