Focus on what you can do for them. They will probably assume that your answer will be all about what you want. Try to deliberately misunderstand the question by saying that you expect to have to work hard and help the company's progress in what ever way you can. You could add at the end, in order not to appear too much of a good thing, that you hope that you too will benefit from that approach.
