IVE ACCEPTED A Â£25 GOODWILL VOUCHER FOR SOME PRAWNS I BROUGHT IN EARLY DEC I'M WAITING FOR IT, DESPITE MANY CALLS TO THERE CUST SERVICES(WHERE EVERY1 IS A MANAGER!) THE COMPLAINT WAS NEVER LOGGED AT THE STORE AND IT RUINED MY DINNER PARTY( WE HAD TO HAVE TAKEAWAY) IT SEEMS NOW THEY HAVE GIVEN UP WITH ME, I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO GO NOW CAN ANYONE HELP, I JUST WANT IT TO END WITH A RESULT IN MY FAVOUR, WITHOUT ME HAVING TO KEEP CHASING THEM AND MY STRESS LEVELS GOING THROU THE ROOF

write or e-mail the CEO. Companies hate this, if you take your complaint straight to the top, they just want to get it sorted out asap.
I did this with Sainsburys, I recieved a reply from Justin King within 1 day and from then on his pa dealt with my complaint thoroughly and efficiently.

Try writing formal letter first, then they sure have a log of it, if doesnt work try contacting trading standards. I had the odd problem but after writing letter always got fab reply and vouchers.

I voted with my feet a few weeks ago by leaving a full trolley full of shopping in the clothing department because of the abysmally slow service at the checkouts. I haven't been back since.

Try filling a trolley full of frozen food and some hot barbequed chicken in one of the aisles and just leave it there. It will be quite some time before they realise it has been abandoned.

It may not resolve your problem but you may feel a bit better in yourself.

well now you know why huge stores suck. if you had shopped with your local fishmonger there would have been one guy behind the counter who ran the whole store. he would have been fully accountable and unable to fob you off with 'it wasn't logged' 'i wasn't on that day' ect.

but now the local fishmonger is out of business because you wanted to save 30p on prawns.
