Got another one of those too. Highly suspect postal mail Fraud. Take it to post office manager to turn over to their investigators.
Clues:
1.) A Fool & His Money are soon parted
2.) If it seems too good to be true...etc.
3.) No return address on envelope.
4.) Now don't you think a legitimate monetary prize notice
would come to you by certified mail instead?
